WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE

An "Owners Rep?"

Elmore a residential project interior bathroom shot

An Owner’s Representative approaches the project in a different capacity than a Project Manager, in that they are an extension of the Owner or Architect, providing independent oversight of installations and making time-sensitive decisions on behalf of the Owner.

Different from a Project Manager, whose focus is split between scheduling, productivity, and delivering to specified expectations, the Owner’s Rep is solely focused on “inspecting what is expected” and providing real-time updates to the Owner or Architect.

Often hired to interface between the Builder and the Architect, the Owner’s Rep draws on extensive experience on both sides of the table, which brings the ability to collaborate, as well as hold accountable those engaged in the construction of the project.

In the role of Owner’s Rep, we can provide a wide range of services, and levels of involvement:

01

Initial conference with Owner/Architect & Builder to set expectations

02

Attendance of Progress Meetings and Site Visits
