Seeming to float above the site, this home “levitates” on Concrete light pole bases and steel I-beams and creates the illusion of being disconnected from the City around it.

From the Modern exterior and single slope roof, to the exposed spiral ductwork, custom-built Maple cabinetry, and expansive windows, this home is like a modern whimsical treehouse.

Features include a conveyor track railing and a custom stainless steel “envelope” mailbox. This home shows all the personality of the Client it was designed for.

This unique home, featured twice in Design New England Magazine, was designed in collaboration with Christian Brown of Brown & Davis Design, along with many special touches, created by the Client, a local Metal Sculptor and Artisan.

+- 2,000 square feet, this home features a main floor unit, foyer, and utility room, and the Owner’s Suite consumes the full second floor.

This highly insulated, energy-efficient home utilizes a 65,000 BTU gas, forced air system to condition both floors, a testament to the envelope's construction.
