All decks are finished in “spiced rum” Trex decking with concealed fasteners, making maintenance a breeze. White Oak flooring throughout the home, along with tiled bath floors and showers, means zero carpet to maintain, and easy cleaning of hard surfaces reduces work and increases time spent enjoying the outdoors.
Returning from outdoor adventures, the rubber mudroom floor is the perfect place to drop footwear and wet gear, or stow things in the custom sky blue cubbies, that flank the mudroom.
All in all, this cozy home reflects the attention to detail that we invest in each project, to fit the needs of the Client, as we first invest in understanding how they will live in the home, and what features are of the greatest importance to enhance their lives.
Mercury Drive

Built on 10 wooded acres, with an 800 l/f drive that winds through the pines, Mercury Drive is a simple, but detailed home. The 3,200 s/f two-story home, featuring an additional 1,200 s/f of heated garage space, is situated in the center of the property for maximum privacy.
This home takes advantage of the setting via three outdoor covered deck areas, including a large covered porch, directly off the Primary second-floor suite, as the ideal spot for morning Yoga or a cup of coffee before heading out.
The home was designed for entertaining, with a strong fucus on the core of the home, and adjacent spaces, such as an exposed aggregate patio, that is accessed off both the Breakfast nook, and the Mudroom, giving guests the ability to duck into the Powder room off the mudroom, and return to activities outside, or to circulate in to the Kitchen area, or through to the opposite covered grilling porch on the other side of the Nook.
With a combination of painted and Walnut cabinetry, the Kitchen is the center of the core, standing open to the Living and Dining spaces, with waterfall quartz countertops and polished chrome fixtures. The Music room features a 6’ wide linear fireplace with driftwood and rocks, on a bed of glass embers, which not only makes for a contemporary vibe, but also provides a nice feature to the adjacent Dining room area.
The fireplace is faced with 2’x2’ concrete tiles, and is flanked by two recessed areas clad in upcycled, reclaimed wood from the Heinz Pickle Vats. Similarly, the recessed bar area between the Music room and the Dining room features the same wall cladding and custom floating glass shelving, to showcase the reclaimed wood, and special spirits.
